Roller shutters- Fully Remote Control Insulated Rolling Garage Doors

These roller shutter doors combine the benefits of insulated garage doors with the space saving efficiency of vertical rolling doors, They are fully automated, allowing the door to be opened with a single push of a button on your key-fob transmitter.

Premier-Roll garage doors are supplied with the following as standard:

• Fully insulated door sections, in a choice of 11 colour finishes with specialist finishes available.

• Reinforced bottom section with heavy duty bottom seal.

• Reinforced Aluminium side track system complete with double brush strip seals.

• Aluminium reinforced head plate sections specially designed for roller shutting garage door systems.

• Full box cover manufactured from aluminium giving extra strength and safety.

• All Premier-Roll parts come colour finished.

• Tubular motor drive unit complete with manual over-ride facility and over-ride crank arm.

• Remote control unit with high security rolling code system and on-built courtesy light unit.

• 2 key-fob transmitters & additional garage mounted control switch.

• Safety photo reflective system ensuring the door will stop and return to open when activated.

• Security locking system ensuring the Premier-Roll is locked when in the closed position.

Premier-Glide - Manual & Automatic Roof-Line Garage Door Systems

These garage doors are designed to enable an insulated door to be installed even when headroom is at a premium. Available in a choice of manual or power operation, this system allows maximum opening area even on the smallest garage.

• Counterbalance spring is enclosed into the top track section, well away from small (And large!) inquisitive hands.

• Rear tracks encase the door section wheels, keeping all moving parts well hidden - making the door aesthetics particularly impressive.

• Reinforced bottom edge section incorporating a double insert heavy duty base seal giving the roller shutter door a tight seal, eliminating draughts and stopping debris from entering the garage when the door is closed.

• Premier-Glide door sections are 90 mm deep allowing the door to turn through the 90 degree curve smoothly and with no need for excessive force. Wheel units are mounted on every second door section thus eliminating lateral twisting as the door opens and closes.

• Manually operated Premier-Glide has a centrally mounted locking point located on a reinforced door section for added security.

• Available in a choice of eleven standard colours of a hard wearing baked enamel coating as well as in simulated wood grain that allows the garage door to match exactly to the specialist UPVC window manufacturers colour range by using the same manufacturing process. This textured wood finish is very hardwearing and it comes with a limited 10 year warranty.
